These courses are applicable to both new entrants and existing technical personnel within the industry, and includes SAR-147 approved Basic Training Courses that prepare students for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s (CAAS) basic knowledge examinations ( SAR 66-M modules).

Continuation training is mandated under SAR-145 for all Approved Maintenance Organisations and ensures the standard and currency of knowledge and skills of technical personnel within the industry. Notwithstanding, continuation training is also relevant to non-certifying technical personnel for the same reasons.

The Academy offers aircraft type courses that are approved by multiple Aviation Authorities, delivered using the latest technology (where available) including Two-Dimensional Maintenance / Flight Training Devices which provide hands-on experience not possible through conventional training methods.
The Academy conforms to the standards and practices under SIAEC’s SAR-147 Maintenance Training Organisation approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Many of the training programmes are also accredited by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) under the aerospace and generic manufacturing frameworks.
