Establishing links to the Site, whether via hyperlinking or deep linking , requires prior written consent of SIAEC. We reserve the right to deny any such requests for links and are not under any obligation to establish reciprocal links with any third party.

Nothing in this Site or these terms of use should be construed as granting any license or rights under any copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights of SIAEC or any third party.

The information included in the Content or on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Neither SIAEC, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, partners, principals and representatives nor any other person is, in connection with the Site or Content, engaged in rendering auditing, accounting, tax, legal, advisory, consulting or other professional services or advice upon which reliance should be placed. The Consent and the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Additionally, the information included is subject to risks, assumptions, and estimations that may lead to actual results differing materially and adversely from those implied.

We disclaim all liability for any reliance placed on the Consent or the Site and do not have a duty to update any information, except as required by law. Users are advised not to use the Content or the Site as a substitute for independent assessment and sound financial and business judgment. Each user is responsible for obtaining professional advice tailored to their specific circumstances and for all matters arising from their use of the Content and Site.

This Content and the Site may also contain forward-looking statements, particularly regarding sustainability matters. All statements not relating to historical facts should be considered forward-looking, including, but not limited to, statements about future business expectations, goals, planned activities, objectives, and strategic priorities. Such statements may use terms like “expect,” “intend,” “plan,” “will,” “believe,” “estimate,” “may,” “should,” “anticipate” and similar statements of a future or forward-looking nature. These forward-looking statements reflect our expectations as of their original date, which may rely on third party information that we believe to be reputable, but which may ultimately prove inaccurate. Such statements are not promises or guarantees and involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties, contingencies, and other factors that may cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied. These factors include changes in economic, market, geopolitical, social, and environmental conditions.

Given these risks and uncertainties, we caution users not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements and urged them to review all disclaimers carefully. We do not undertake, and expressly disclaim any duty, to update such statements unless required by law.  Forward-looking statements, unless explicitly indicated otherwise, do not reflect future business transactions.

Sustainability practices vary significantly by region, industry, and specific issues, and they are continually evolving. We anticipate that our approach to sustainability matters, and reporting will also develop over time. Evaluating sustainability criteria involves qualitative and subjective analyses, and there is no assurance that SIAEC’s assessments or methodologies–whether detailed in the Content or on the Site–will align with the beliefs or expectations of any specific user, including their views on how we might utilize various third-party frameworks.

The definition of what constitutes a positive sustainability outcome is inherently subjective. What SIAEC regards as beneficial from a sustainability standpoint may not reflect the perspectives of all users. Additionally, prioritizing certain sustainability aspects may come at the expense of others. We also cannot guarantee that our sustainability policies or initiatives will result in the performance or outcomes expected at the time such policies or initiatives are initially adopted or announced.

Certain statements in the Content and the Site may be based on developing standards and metrics for assessing a company's sustainability profile, as well as evolving processes for compiling the underlying data. Our disclosures and the methodologies we use may also change over time, and these updates may not meet the expectations of particular users.

Furthermore, there is no assurance that we or our entities within our portfolio will meet established sustainability targets, nor can we guarantee that our efforts will have a positive impact on sustainability matters. We may incorporate third-party information in some of our disclosures, including those found in the Content and the Site. This information is subject to certain risks, as it may change over time with evolving methodologies and data quality and availability. Any inaccuracies in the third-party data we utilize, including in our estimates or assumptions, could lead to results that differ materially and adversely from our expectations or those of third parties regarding our ability to meet stated goals.  While we strive to ensure the reliability of the information used in the Content and the Site, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of third-party information. Unless expressly indicated, we may not have independently verified this information or the underlying assumptions and methodologies.

  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise share unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in areas designated for such purpose;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise distribute any materials containing software viruses or any other code, files or programmes intended to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

The Site may feature hyperlinks to third-party websites ("External Sites") that are not maintained or controlled by SIAEC. Additionally, the Site may include content posted by third parties. SIAEC disclaims any responsibility for any errors or omissions in any content on the Site, as well as for the content, products, or services offered by any linked External Sites. SIAEC also cannot be held liable for any privacy or security practices of these External Sites. SIAEC implements industry-standard measures to protect the Site and its components. However, users acknowledge and agree that no security measures can completely eliminate the risk of security breaches. SIAEC does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that the use of the Site is immune to all threats, including but not limited to, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other vulnerabilities.

SIAEC is dedicated to safeguarding your personal data.

By using or accessing our Site, you consent to such processing and confirm that all personal data you provide is accurate.

SIAEC has expended substantial effort to ensure that the content on the Site is current and accurate. Neither SIAEC nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, partners, principals and representatives (collectively referred to as “Representatives”) provide any express or implied representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, suitability, reliability, freedom from virus or malware, or non-infringement of third-party rights of the Site. All materials are provided "as is" and "as available". You shall not rely on anything herein in connection with any investment decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, SIAEC and its Representatives expressly exclude and disclaim all warranties, obligations and other terms that may be implied by statute, common law, equity concerning the Site or Content. This includes, but is not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title. Without limiting the foregoing, SIAEC does not warrant that the functions contained in or access to or use of the Site or Content will be timely, secure, uninterrupted or error-free or without omission, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or Content are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Accessing and using the Content on the Site is done at the user’s own risk and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. SIAEC and its Representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or other damages whatsoever, (including but not limited to liability for loss of use, data or profits), including but not limited to contract, negligence or other tortious actions, arising out of or in connection with the Content or the Site. This applies regardless of whether SIAEC or its Representatives have been made aware of the potential for such damages or losses.

This limitation of liability does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor does it limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable laws. Where liability cannot be excluded or limited under such laws, it shall be limited to the maximum extent under those laws.

The user will indemnity, defend and hold harmless SIAEC and its Representatives against all claims, damages, loss and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising in connection with (a) any breach of these terms of use by the user; (b) the user’s use or misuse of the Site or Content; (c) any third party due to the user’s breach of any third-party rights or applicable law.

SIAEC reserves the right to make any changes to the Content or Site, from time to time at any time, in its sole discretion without prior notice to users. This includes the ability to remove the Content or discontinue the Site entirely. Additionally, SIAEC may deny access to the Site to any individual at any time, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the user has violated these terms of use. The Content may be updated periodically, and SIAEC may implement improvements or modifications to the Content or the Site at any time without notification.

We may, from time to time at any time, update these terms of use to comply with changes in applicable law or to address modifications to the Site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to make these updates without prior notification, aside from revising the last modified date at the top of these terms.

Your continued access and/or use of the Site will be deemed to constitute your conclusive acceptance of the updated or revised terms of use.

If a user submits any communications in response to the materials on the Site, including feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, or user-uploaded images, such information will be considered non-confidential. SIAEC and its Representatives have no obligations regarding these communications. By submitting such information, the user grants SIAEC and its Representatives a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferrable and sublicensable license to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information for any purpose without limitation. SIAEC shall be free to utilize the content of these communications, including any ideas, know-how, techniques or concepts.

If any provision of these terms of use or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such provision or the other provisions of these terms of use.
