Our Quality Policy

Singapore Aero Support Services is committed to continual quality improvements in all activities with the focused objective to deliver products and services of the highest quality that would consistently satisfy our Stakeholders, namely the External Customers, the Internal Customers (our employees), the stakeholders and suppliers. Singapore Aero Support Services' decision-making framework will always be in the order of: Safety > Quality > Delivery > Cost. The General Manager commits to the implementation and sustenance of the Quality Policy.

Our Safety Policy

SASS is committed to ensure that its workplace is safe from hazardous conditions, its employees are protected from injuries, the parts that we repair and services that we provide are safe for our customers. We will protect the environment in and around us through regular surveillance of our operations and active compliance to all applicable regulations and policies.

Quality and Safety standards are the responsibility of all personnel, and it is the duty of all personnel to comply with all the provisions of this section. The Quality and Safety Department is responsible for the compliance of all procedures established in this system. It is his responsibility to implement the policies in this section.

Base Maintenance

Providing support and technical services for our clients in Hangars. There are a total of 6 SIAEC hangars with 9 aircraft bays to carry out all types of aircraft schedule maintenance checks including cabin retrofit programs. To facilitates these checks, we provide support in removal/installation of cabin interior, cleaning of interior and exterior of aircraft.

Cabin Maintenance

To keep the cabin in tip-top condition for every flight and performing in-situ rectification of minor defects. Cabin Inspections. Keep your cabin in tip-top condition for every flight. Our experienced technicians are able to perform rapid sweeps of the cabin during transit, inspecting for common defects and performing in-situ rectification of minor defects. We provide Preventive Maintenance Checks and Premium Cabin Services.

Line Maintenance

We are offering line maintenance in Flight Ramp Handling, supply of Ground Support Equipment and Wheels & Brakes maintenance. For cabin line services, we specialize in high quality cabin services like cabin turn around transit check, monthly cabin programme management and exterior aircraft appearance washing.

Services we support in Line Maintenance are Flight Ramp Handling, Ground Support Equipment and Wheels & Brakes Storage and Maintenance.

Logistics & Transportations

The company provides three main services: Transportation, with a modern fleet supporting last-mile deliveries and employee transport within Changi Airport and its restricted areas; Delivery, specializing in the movement of aircraft components with access to airside and key facilities like Changi Airfreight Centre and Airline House; and Store Management, handling aviation maintenance stores, including receiving, issuing aircraft components, and general store upkeep.
