Having commenced operations in December 2003, PT JAS Aero-Engineering Services (JAES) provides aircraft line maintenance and technical ramp handling services at 16 major Indonesian airports, including Cengkareng, Surabaya, Denpasar and Medan.

JAES has a combined customer base of more than 43 airline customers and cargo operators, including SilkAir, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Jetstar International, EVA Air, Thai Airways and Singapore Airlines.
