Asian Surface Technologies (AST) repairs and overhauls fan blades for JT9D and PW4000 series engines in the Asia Pacific Region. It also provides plasma-coating services for aerospace and industrial engineering products worldwide.
AST uses cutting-edge technology, such as Praxair's proprietary D-gun processes for its coating services on oilfield product such as gates, seat, stem and riser pin and holds approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the Federal Aviation Administration in the US and the European Aviation Safety Agency in Europe.
AST is AS9100 registered, Nadcap certified for thermal spray, and is an approved source for major aviation OEMs like Roll Royce, GE and Pratt & Whitney.
