SIA Engineering Company Scholarship

In SIAEC, our people are our core assets. Attracting the best and brightest talents are critical to our success. We actively look for young and talented individuals to contribute to our world-class MRO Company. Through our undergraduate scholarship programme, we hope to attract individuals with good academic and co-curricular records to first pursue their university studies, and upon completion, to join us as an executive, and be groomed and developed into one of our future leaders in the Company.

What We Need

  • Candidates with excellent GCE ‘A' Level / Polytechnic results who also possess CCA records that demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Pursuing all fields of study preferably engineering discipline - NTU Renaissance Engineering Programme or NUS Global Engineering Programme (excluding Medicine, Dentistry and other healthcare related disciplines)

Value of Award

Each scholarship will provide for:

  • Tuition and hostel fees
  • Annual and other allowances, including computer and book
  • Reimbursement of airfares and accommodation fees incurred for university exchange programmes

Scholars will be required to serve a bond of 4 years with the SIAEC Group of companies upon completion of studies.

Selection Process

We shortlist our scholars through a comprehensive selection process to ensure the integrity of our Scholarship scheme so that only the best suited candidates are selected. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and candidates may be asked to undergo selection tests such as aptitude tests to gauge analytical skills, behavioural profiling and leadership potential.
